Recognition honors women transforming individuals, teams, companies, industries, and the globe
The 2026 Herizon Awards honors women whose leadership has moved individuals, teams, companies, industries, and the globe, choosing 57 winners across five nominee roles and four countries.
With Aimei’s pioneering work in the cybersecurity industry, she has changed the way security analysts detect, analyze, and respond to threats.
Inspired by a vision to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) combat cyberattacks by applying AI and machine learning to an open API architecture, Aimei started Stellar Cyber to build a completely new kind of security platform. With her vision as the company’s guiding star, Stellar Cyber has developed patented technology that unifies all levels of the modern business network. The Stellar Cyber cybersecurity platform integrates with any security product, IT, and productivity tool via pre-built integrations. The Stellar Cyber Auto Triage tool has been proven in an independent study to give security analysts back 19 minutes of every hour spent chasing security alerts.
“These women aren’t waiting for the world to change. They’re the ones changing it,” said Russ Fordyce, Chief Recognition Officer, Business Intelligence Group. “Aimei stood out because her work as Founder and CTO reflects what Herizon is about: real change, led by women, that reaches well beyond a single team.”
“I’m honored to be recognized in the 2026 Herizon Awards,” said Aimei Wei, founder and CTO of Stellar Cyber. “This award belongs to the team and the community who made the work possible. I hope it opens doors for the women coming up behind us.”
